All bookings are non-refundable once 2 hours have passed from the time of purchase. We encourage you to double-check your travel dates and group size before finalizing your booking.

Entrance Fee: acts as a permit for access to the four main islands. This fee is payable directly at the island counter and is required as a one-time purchase only.
With this permit, guests may visit all four islands: Sapi, Mamutik, Manukan, and Gaya Island.

The additional RM10 fee is due to higher handling and terminal charges at the South Jetty counter compared to other counters, such as Star Marina Jetty.
